Join O’Neill alumnus Michael Jefferson (MPA-MSES ’19), Manager of Diversity & Inclusion Programs at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) for a discussion of careers in energy. MISO operates one of the world’s largest energy markets with approximately $22 billion in annual gross market energy transactions. Come to learn why O’Neill students have found a home at MISO and career opportunities from policy to business functions (including HR) in the energy space.

Students Needed for “Light and Truth” Themester 2023’s Advisory Committee

College of Arts and Sciences seeks undergraduates to serve as student representatives on the Themester advisory committee for fall 2023’s “Light and Truth.” The Themester advisory committee, made up of College faculty and undergraduate students, meets approximately once a month throughout the spring 2023 semester and makes decisions related to the subsequent fall semester’s Themester program.  The College is particularly interested in students with a strong academic or personal interest in the theme, which will be an exploration of the nature of truth and inquiry. Bloomington Commission on the Status of Women Survey

The IU O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs Fall Capstone is partnering with the Bloomington Commission on the Status of Women (BCSW) to gather critical data on the conditions and experiences of women in Bloomington, IN. This survey is anonymous, and the results will be used to inform the BCSW about the state of women in Bloomington and aid them in their advocacy and policy efforts.  We are seeking a representative sample of the women of Bloomington.
